Director

A director is responsible for the general management of the facility, including the following minimum duties: Administering finances, personnel, maintenance, meal planning and preparation and transportation. Overall, the director will be administering the facility’s program objectives and activities.

 

 

Administrative Assistant

(Clerical Duties)

Administrative assistants perform clerical duties. Administrative assistants duties revolve around managing and distributing information within an office. This generally includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. Administrative assistants may also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.

Group Supervisor

(Assist Managing Daily Operations)

A group supervisor is responsible for the following minimum duties: Planning and implementing daily program activities. Group supervisors coordinate activities of assistant group supervisors and aides.Group supervisors assist the director with designated activities.

Tutor

(Educates Youth)

An instructor who gives private lessons. Normally, a tutor will help a student who is struggling in a subject of some sort. Also, a tutor may be provided for a student who wants to learn at home.

Aide

(Monitors Youths)

An aide is responsible for assisting in the implementation of daily program activities.

Counselor

(Monitors Youth)

A counselor is responsible for the following minimum duties: Assisting in the implementation of daily activities under the guidance of the group supervisor. Also, coordinating daily activities and supervising aides in the absence of the group supervisor.

 

Volunteer

(Donates Services)

Volunteering is where an individual or group provides services for no financial gain "to benefit the organization". Volunteering is also renowned for skill development and is often intended to promote goodness or to improve human quality of life.
